The room is very clean and everything worked. Housekeeping very thorough every day and all staff members very professional, courteous and eager to accommodate. I got the sense that all staff was very well trained. I am disabled so the elevator made my preference for a second level room easy and practical and the staff always offered to assist. Trash barrels outdoors and in laundry room always empty and grounds very clean, all lights worked. Privacy/blackout curtains were very effective, and along with the large flat screen TV, refrigerator and microwave my extended stay was very comfortable overall. The location in the city of Tulsa makes accessibility to hospitals, shopping and dining to all areas of Tulsa very fast and easy. Outtback Steakhouse is a short walk across parking lot.

The staff were super nice and inviting. The shower in the King Suite is top notch and has good water flow and didn't have to worry about running out of warm water. The bed was comfortable and well made. The will work out a weekly rate with you for extended stays.

Everything exceeded our expectations except for the staff at night we had a bad incident other than that the staff during the day was perfect and the evening was perfect the place was just amazing and better than the ratings showed.
